about

In this time i was confronted with a certain band called "Ext!ze". I got a single from a DJ pool from them called "Hellektrostar" and it was quite horrible. After that they released an album and a single called "Gothic pussy". It was all very bad. I saw them karaoke at the WGT and had fun laughing at them. I had previously joked about making a "Gothic ass" parody on Side Line forum, but after the WGT show i decided to do it.

Ext!ze wasn't too thrilled about it, and Cyberella made some threats with legal action. In the Netherlands (and the USA for that matter) copyright laws don't count if its parody, so i wasn't impressed. The fun even went bigger when "Gothic ass" fared better then "Gothic pussy" in the clubs, and DJ's even started to mix both songs together. Ext!ze decided to stop playing "Gothic pussy" altogether i was told not too long ago. I was introduced to Cyberella and Barius by Thomas Rainer on Amphi fest 2010 and they seemed nice enough guys, but i think industrial does not need bands like this.

DJ Amaryllis from the belgian "Nocturna" parties put up a vid with a still from her sister on YouTube. I had put up one myself, but YouTube took it off because i showed a bit too much "gothic ass". Meh. Anyway, that particular vid from Amaryllis is going viral now (nov/dec 2011) and is well over 100.000 views now. Time to cash in!

The single was released originally in a 128 kbs mp3 version on last.fm, and is now available in full lossless glory, alongside with b-side "filler 2" and i added "Battlefunk" which is a outtake from the "Babylon" album. As an HIDDEN bonus you also get the refused "too much gothic ass" video which was taken off by YouTube. Offcourse you are free to upload it everywhere and try them censors out for yourself.
