about

The second of the three "political albums" is when tPROE moved towards the powernoise and rhytmnic industrial of the later albums. The ideas of this album we did describe as "Conservative Bolshevism". the notion behind that was that we liked the hardline communism better instead of the goodygood political correct left wing bullshit, so we pretended to be hardcore communists hellbent on oppressing everyone and be bad ass motherfuckers in general. The title is from Julius Evola's book "Men among the ruins". While an extreme right wing book, i became interested in his work because of antifa motherfuckers bothering Neofolk bands who wanted to play shows in the netherlands. This shows just how stupid the antifa is. Promoting right wing ideas everywhere!

The original release had pics of Lenin and Stalin and paintings from North Korea. We also scored our first clubhits here with the tracks "Speakertrasher" and "Resistance". The album did very good and sold about 75 copies, which would lead to the decision to release the next studioalbum "Juche"as a real CD instead of a CDr. In this period [NOIR] also joined the band as a live MC.

Musically much of the material was more powernoise then Rhytmnic industrial. The track "Resistance" would be the formula for the later works. There are also two darkambient pieces on the album. The intro "Der neue vikoria" is made of fragments of "Unsere Rommel" a third reich propaganda song from 1942. The last song "Stalin, freund, genosse" is a DDR propaganda song from 1949 and is written by Matwej Issaakowitsch Blanter.

This was the final album of the 4 which can be seen as the "Demo" albums. After this we became a self releasing band and we became more noted in the industrial scene worldwide.
